Website Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: 23 August 2026

Scope and acceptance

These terms govern use of the PackYourCash website. By using it, you agree to these terms. Separate General Terms and Conditions govern quotations, products, installation, software and services.

Operator and audience

The website is operated by E.S.P. Consultancy B.V., trading as Cash Robotics Systems, and is intended for business and professional users evaluating industrial automation solutions. Full details appear in the Legal Notice.

Information only; no online contract

Website content is general information, not an offer capable of acceptance, guarantee, professional advice or operational instruction. A website request is non-binding. A contract arises only through documents agreed by authorised representatives.

Product information and performance

Images, layouts, dimensions, capacities, cycle times, throughput and integration descriptions are illustrative unless a signed Order states otherwise. Actual performance depends on configuration, order profile, banknote condition, interfaces, operating environment, maintenance and operator procedures. A reference capability such as up to ten orders per minute is binding only when expressly incorporated into project-specific acceptance criteria and tested under the agreed conditions.

Safety and authorised use

Do not rely on website content instead of equipment instructions, risk assessments, training or site procedures. Installation, commissioning, operation, servicing and modification must be performed by authorised, appropriately qualified persons in accordance with project documentation and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website is protected by copyright, trademark, design, database and other rights. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy solely to evaluate a potential business relationship. Unless mandatory law permits, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, remove notices from, train a model on or commercially exploit the website or content without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, test vulnerabilities outside the published security policy or use automated tools in a manner that creates excessive load or circumvents controls.

Submissions and confidential information

You confirm that you may lawfully provide submitted information. Do not use the general form for trade secrets, export-controlled material, credentials, payment details or sensitive personal data. Ask for an approved secure route. Unless expressly agreed in writing, a submission does not create confidentiality obligations beyond applicable law.

Availability and third-party links

We aim to keep the website useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item is complete, current or error-free. External links are provided for convenience; third parties control their own content, security and privacy practices.

Website liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, production loss, revenue, profit, savings, data or business opportunity caused solely by use of or reliance on this informational website. Product and service liability is governed by the applicable contract.

Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing. The Cookie Notice explains website technologies and choices. Neither notice asks you to waive legal rights.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. The version of these terms published with its effective date applies from that date and does not retrospectively amend an existing contract.

Governing law and forum

These terms and non-contractual obligations arising from website use are governed by Dutch law. The competent courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that require another forum.
