PackYourCash is a fully automated production line for picking and packing loose banknotes. Fully integrated with your Cash Management System, it is capable of processing cash orders in just six seconds per order.

Order batch import

The operator imports the order batch from the Cash Management System (or USB-stick) via the console. The system validates the batch, checks cassette capacity and prepares the automated workflow

Cassette loading 

The operator loads the banknote cassettes into the dispensers. The system verifies denominations, availability and cassette integrity before the workflow can start.

Start production 

PYC automatically dispenses the exact banknotes for each order and order receipt into a tray, drops it into a sealbag (with printed contact details) and seals the bag automatically.

Order batch import
